Hey guys. How has everyone been? Good I hope. I’ve been pretty all over the place lately. My anxiety is just not getting any better. Im on Buspar right now and it’s almost making things worse. I had a panic attack yesterday and couldn’t go into work and ugh. Ive been a wreck. I’m pretty sure my BF thinks I am bipolar which is frustrating because I am def. not. I don’t think he gets the difference between that and depression/anxiety. I’m not manic. Anyways..enough of my sob story. I hope you all have a lovely day and enjoyed the update. I appreciate every single one of you <3

great post and thanks for the comment! I also have anxiety and panic attacks are not fun. I try to talk myself out of them but sometimes it doesn’t work. You can always talk to me if you want

I love your quotes every single update. I understand what you are going through a little bit, ive been struggling. I cry a lot but i don’t think im depressed. Im 17, my boyfriend is away at school and obviously i miss him and don’t get to see him. I hate school :X just rough but i understand, my boyfriend doesn’t understand why i cry and act the way i do. If you ever need anything message me. Im always here to talk, it helps to let things out<3
