Hey guys. How has everyone been? Good I hope. I've been pretty all over the place lately. My anxiety is just not getting any better. Im on Buspar right now and it's almost making things worse. I had a panic attack yesterday and couldn't go into work and ugh. Ive been a wreck. I'm pretty sure my BF thinks I am bipolar which is frustrating because I am def. not. I don't think he gets the difference between that and depression/anxiety. I'm not manic. Anyways..enough of my sob story. I hope you all have a lovely day and enjoyed the update.
